In the case of a shipment located in a region considered remote by the carrier, Qualipieces reserves the right not to offer free shipping. In this case, the customer will be contacted prior to shipping and will have the choice of paying a reasonable shipping cost or cancelling their order.

Exclusions apply to certain products: items that are oversized*, have hazardous materials, are easily damaged, or require an insurance option, which may result in additional shipping charges.
*Oversized items meet, but are not limited to, the following criteria: weight over 66 lbs (30 kg) OR longest side measures over 78” (200 cm).
In normal circumstances, Qualipieces strives to ship your order within 24 hours on business days. An electronic confirmation will be sent to you at the time of shipment. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Qualipieces works in conjunction with several carriers to offer an optimized and rapid transportation service for their customers. Transportation lead time may vary between 1 and 10 working days, depending on the level of service selected, as well as any external factors beyond the control of Qualipieces.

3. Express shipping
If you have selected express shipping, we will dispatch using the fastest option available from our carriers. See below for delivery times for Purolator Express and Canada Post Xpresspost.
Qualipieces is committed to shipping within 24 hours, on business days, following order confirmation. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we have no control over the delays imposed by the carrier.
If you are in a remote region mentioned above, the cost of express shipping is added to the additional delivery fee.
Express service is offered in Canada only.
Upon receipt of your order, please report any damage caused during transportation to our customer service within the specified refund deadlines.
Any package returned to our warehouse due to an invalid address, failure to pick up at the designated location, or non-receipt by the recipient will be held for a period of 30 days. After this period, the package may be restocked or discarded. You will be refunded to your original payment method and charged a restocking fee.
Reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, as applicable at the time the order crosses the border. The entirety of charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
