A nice handling runner for my Assault, authoritative but not over the top agressive and still easy to steer, I'll be buying more for sure!

Handling is great, steering effort is much improved over stock carbides. I find two problems with this design. 1. small rocks are easily lodged between the two verticals. You notice the snow spraying out and the steering control greatly diminished. Sometimes the rocks clear themselves, sometimes you have to lift the ski and pry them out with a screwdriver. 2. To make the bending easier, the manufacturer chose to add relief cuts at the bend line. These are not backfilled with weld after the bend. So these “gaps” are weak and I’ve already had one leading edge break off at the relief cut. Rendering that entire unit scrap unless i find someone to straighten it and weld it. If I ever buy a carbide from Qualipieces, it will not be the Trek, it would be the Adventur that does not have these defects / design flaws. But since Qualipieces is no longer shipping to the US, I will change to using Snow Trackers anyway.

As for the US shipments, we really tried to ship to the US this winter, but customs agents must not like our products because we only got issues with our shipments. Thanks again !
