For over 25 years, we have been designing, distributing, and marketing accessories that meet the needs of passionate riders. With Qualipièces, B-PWR, and MotoMotto, we continue to innovate by developing functional, durable products designed for real-world use.
Reporting to management, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Participate in defining the needs and objectives of various development projects;
- Define technical requirements, quality criteria, and validation plans required for project completion;
- Develop, analyze, and present concepts throughout the development process;
- Oversee detailed design, technical drawings, and product validation according to established requirements;
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners involved in projects;
- Ensure effective project management based on timelines, resources, budgets, and technical risks;
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful completion of development projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
- Experience in manufacturing and product development environments;
- Hands-on approach, with a strong interest in prototyping, testing, and solving real-world problems;
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks;
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong organization and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Strong initiative and ability to propose innovative solutions;
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
