At Qualipièces, we live and breathe powersports. For more than 25 years, we have been recognized for designing, selling, and distributing snowmobile accessories. But our passion doesn't stop there. Through MotoMotto, we continue to push the boundaries of two-wheel adventure with products designed for adventure and touring motorcycles.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of retail dealers across Quebec.
- Participate in industry events and seasonal pre-order campaigns.
- Train retail partners on our exclusive Experts de la Lisse program.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create promotional content.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term business relationships.
Desired Profile
- Experience in sales and market development.
- Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
- Strong consultative selling and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
Work Environment
This position is primarily remote, with approximately 75% of the time spent working from home and 25% spent traveling to visit retail partners, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
